My work as a practitioner is a kind of “pay it forward”, and an incredible experience of connection to my soul. My personal practice of experiential dreamwork has changed my life, saved my marriage, helped me discover my creativity, and fulfilled me in such a deep way that I want to share it with others.
.
I am not an “expert”. I am on my own journey of growth right along with the folks that I work with. It is a precious thing to walk with another person as they discover their own soul connection. I love the energy of that connection, the spark in the room when I find it for myself and when the person I am with finds it. These are potent, life-affirming moments.

I have been learning from my dreams for the past eleven years, both in one-on-one sessions with my experiential dreamwork practitioners and at retreats.
.
Since 2008 I have attended practitioner trainings and workshops throughout the US and Canada.
.
I work with folks in one-on-one sessions and in small groups. My husband Hugo and I facilitate a bi-monthly drop-in dream group in our town. And I donate dreamwork sessions for clients of a nearby organization that provides support and healing modalities to victims of sexual and emotional abuse.

During a dreamwork session we explore different parts of your dream, the feelings that arise for you as we explore, and the relationship of these to your life.
.
We may also use drawing, music or other expressive modalities to support your experience of your dreams.
