Embodied Dreamwork is a unique way of working with the extraordinary teachings of our dreams. The dreams offer us a personal journey of practical and profound ways to explore who we are, how we are blocked and how to find our way back to the divine part of ourselves.
An Embodied Dreamwork Retreat is an opportunity to step into an intimate group setting to explore the deep intentions of the dream. The will be a small group of 8 maximum, that will be led by both Sue Scavo and Bill St Cyr.
In a retreat, each participant is given the opportunity to step into an embodiment of a cluster of dreams through “String Work”. String Work is similar to psychodrama using the elements of the dream as the foundation for exploration. In String Work, people in the group stand in for and enact different parts of the dreamer’s cluster of dreams to assist the dreamer in understanding what the dreams are trying to teach.
In the intimacy of the group, String Work can open to deeper levels of learning, feelings and experiences of the dreams for the dreamer. For those who step into another’s dreams, the learning can also be deeply profound. Participants have often said that they learned as much about their own work by participating in someone else’s String Work as when they stepped into their own.
